Booking Etiquette
We strongly encourage bookings to be made prior your visit so as to avoid unnecessary waiting or any disappointment.
For all appointments
We do ask you to try to be on time for your appointment as any delays would impact the next customer and thereafter. If you are running 15 minutes late or more we will have to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations
Kindly give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
